Nicolas Tamez

Nicolas works at the Autonomy Research Institute (ARI), in the development of software. He has worked to create an in-house program to allow for streaming of video from drones that can be viewed in real time.

Prior to joining the staff at TAMU-CC, Nicolas worked for TATA Consultancy services as a software developer. His assignments included the creation of scripts for the automation of data processing in GIS. Nicolas was known at his previous job as an excellent aid to others. Assists with difficult programming errors and/or in troubleshooting issues.

Nicolas holds a bachelor’s degree in science in computer science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi
