Wellness & Mental Health Resources University Counseling Center
Wellness & Mental Health Resources University Counseling Center
All of us encounter stressors, problems, and decisions in our daily lives. Often students are able to cope with these issues on their own or with the help of friends or family. Sometimes, however, you may not know how to resolve an issue, or it may be difficult to talk about certain things with people close to you. Our services are safe and confidential and are designed to be personalized and relevant for each individual student. We offer a menu of services to address the preferences and needs of our student body. Our mission is to provide you with timely and flexible access to wellness and mental health resources and to empower you to find solutions, achieve your goals, and feel better.
