Maintenance Services currently works under the management of Southeast Services Solutions (SSC). The general maintenance shop is responsible for maintenance and repair of campus building structures, carpentry, plumbing, cabinet-related projects, as well as the lock shop.  If you need to report a building maintenance issue, please click on the "Submit a Work Request" button below. If you do not have a Maintenance Connection account, please click on the "Sign Up for Maintenance Connection".

EXAMPLES OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE

• Replacement of ceiling tiles
• Room temperature is too cold or too hot
• Repair of roof leaks
• Plumbing repair to include leaky faucets, plugged sinks, toilets and drains
• Fire alarm and suppression systems

Grounds Services currently works under the management of Southeast Services Solutions (SSC). This department is responsible for basic maintenance and routine operational grounds care and landscaping services. If you need to report a grounds issue, please click on the "Submit a Work Request" button below. If you do not have a Maintenance Connection account, please click on the "Sign Up for Maintenance Connection".

Custodial Services currently works under the management of Southeast Services Solutions (SSC). This team provides daily cleaning and sanitizing for the University classrooms, faculty and staff offices, labs, performance halls, lounges, restrooms, hallways, and stairwells. Custodial Event Services can be scheduled by submitting a Work Request.  If you need to report a custodial issue, please click on the "Submit a Work Request" button below.
