If you are living off-campus, there are a multitude of housing properties to choose from. Some complexes offer unique arrangements that match individuals with roommates, floor plans, and requests and offer individual leases that are not affected by the actions or payments of roommates. Other complexes offer traditional leasing options.

Required Residency Requirement Exemption Form
All first-year students who are living off campus are required to fill out a Residency Requirement Exemption Form.

To assist you in starting your search, we have listed some options based on proximity to the university. The options below all have a rating of greater than 3.5 stars on Google reviews.
The locations on the map with the BLUE numbers indicate complexes that provide Individual Leasing Options. There is a difference between Individual and Traditional leasing options. Apartments that offer Individual Leasing Options are allowing all residents to sign for a room and a shared common space. With an Individual Lease, your rent will not be affected by your roommates ability/inability to pay for their space. A Traditional Lease does not split units by rooms and the residents are required to pay the full cost of the space and they do not offer any roommate matching.
There are a number of different rental options for Islanders who do not live on campus. TAMU-CC does not monitor the occupancy levels of any property other than Islander Housing.
